Recently, Jingjiang Da Ming received an order from an elevator manufacturer, providing the customer with 500 tons of finished products each month.
Da Ming’s independent R & D flat bar production line could produce flat bars of carbon steel and stainless steel with thickness of 2-12mm, width of 100mm-500mm, max yield strength of 750MPa and length of 500-13000mm.
Comparing with the traditional plate shearing process, Da Ming’s flat steel production line could not only reduce the labor cost, but also reduce the material loss and ensure the surface quality and accuracy of the finished products, which will help the customer save the cost of purchasing.
