Recently, through the cooperation of Jiangsu Da Ming engineering service department and production departments of Jiangsu Da Ming and Da Ming Sheat Metal, Jiangsu Da Ming successfully finished the processing of two sets of biaxial paddle dryer shell, and the products quality and service were approved by the customer.
The shell is made of 304, with thickness of 12mm, height of 2500mm and length of 7577mm, and the processing processes included decoiling, laser cutting, bending, water-jet cutting, beveling and assembling. The main difficulty for the processing is tolerance control and the operation of beveling with water-jet cutting.
Through the communication between the production department and the customers, Jiangsu Da Ming successfully finished the products and delivery within a month, which lays the foundation for the extended cooperation in future.
